Warren Mayor James R. Fouts sent a memo to the Warren City Council regarding their treatment of City Attorney Ethan Vinson. Ethan Vinson was personally attacked by Mindy Moore, City Council Secretary and Pat Green, City Council President, who denied the City Attorney the right to speak and defend himself.
Mayor Fouts also recently vetoed the Recreational Marijuana Ordinance, which was added at the last City Council meeting without proper protocol of first going to the City Attorney’s office and various other departments. Moreover, the recent Recreational Marijuana Ordinance added at the last City Council meeting, lacked the required City Attorney’s signature and the Mayor’s signature.
