Heroic efforts of both Warren Police Department and the Warren Fire Department save lives.
Mayor Fouts is very proud of the heroic efforts of both Warren Police Department and the Warren Fire Department in their courageous efforts in saving the lives of Warren residents ranging from 13-73 years of age, as well as putting out the fire in their room.
The quick thinking of Warren Police who broke into a unit on fire. They were unable to get into the room so they threw a garbage can through the window to alert five residents that were asleep inside the room at “America’s Best Motel”.
This is another great example of the outstanding efforts of our public safety officials.
Police officers Viars and Martin are to be highly commended for their quick thinking in saving the lives of five people. Mayor Fouts is extremely proud of your efforts!
The City of Warren has the best police force in the area. The City of Warren Fire department has been recognized with the gold award for being the best fire department.
It’s all about serving and protecting the public.
