The front of Warren City Hall was lit in teal on Monday, June 28 from dusk until dawn Tuesday, June 29 to bring awareness to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and will be lit up in the colors reflected on the Pride Flag tomorrow from dusk Tuesday, June 29 until dawn on Wednesday, June 30.
